Alla Roytberg, who is a native of St. Petersburg, Russia, is a U.S. lawyer with over 25 years of professional experience in all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including legal representation, mediation, collaborative divorce and work on prenuptial and marital agreements. Her areas of concentration also include general mediation, residential real estate representation and ancillary general practice. After graduating from Fordham University School of Law in 1991 and practicing law at two major law firms for five years, Ms. Roytberg founded The Law Firm and Mediation Practice of Alla Roytberg in 1996. Currently the firm has 2 New York City offices – in Manhattan and in Forest Hills, Queens. Ms. Roytberg has consistently undertaken the leadership role in the Family and Divorce Mediation Community in New York. She is a past president of Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York, a Founding Member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators and she is an Advanced Practitioner Member with the Association for Conflict Resolution. Alla Roytberg was the Director of the New York City Bar Association’s Small Law Firm Center from 2006-2016 and continues to be actively involved in its activities.
Ms. Roytberg is also fluent in Russian and English languages. Her clients range from individuals and entrepreneurs to privately-held small and medium size companies.
