Upcoming Event: Monday, November 7, 2016 – New York, NY: Engagement at the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution’s Jed. D. Melnick Symposium “The Pound Conferences: Where do We Come From? What Are We? Where Are We Going?” from 9am to 6pm at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Lara Traum will be an integral part of an elite group of speakers. Together with Brian Farkas, Lara will be introducing the Symposium with a discussion of Pound Conferences 1 and 2, launching the day’s discourse about the meaning and relevance of the three Pound Conferences, the design of new dispute resolution processes, new trends in the quantitative study of ADR, and how new technologies may impact traditional ADR processes.
