Divorce

We handle all matters related to divorce, including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony or spousal support and property settlements. We also represent clients and support clients who represent themselves in proceeding to modify or enforce existing divorce decrees, including cases involving relocation by one of the parents. Mediation
We work as a third party neutral with individuals and businesses to help you resolve civil matters without the time and expense of civil litigation. We handle divorce and family law mediation, business and commercial mediation, partnership disputes, landlord-tenant disputes and disputes surrounding estates, inheritance or care for the elderly. Whenever necessary we involve financial evaluators and appraisers as well as mental health professionals who aid parties in resolving disputes within the sphere of their expertise. Collaborative Divorce
We work with clients who want to minimize costs, retain control and preserve relationships while working through a divorce. In the collaborative law process, we work cooperatively with all parties, attorneys, financial neutrals and mental health professionals, to find ways to resolve custody, support and property issues without the intervention of the court. Ancillary General Practice and Real Estate
We handle all aspects of the sale or purchase of residential and commercial real estate, from the negotiation of terms to the closing. We prepare and execute all the documents required to complete your transaction. We can also help you investigate options to or ways to avoid foreclosure by helping you prepare hardship letters, negotiating loan modification agreements and defending you against foreclosure in court.
